Deposits are refunded after you move off of Woodway Water Authority, and your account is in good standing. Woodway Water Authority mails out deposits in the middle of each month.

Disconnects are 30 days from the 10th of the previous month and will start at 9am. For example: For the bills that are due July10 disconnects will take place on August 9th.
WWA after receiving 1 (one) returned check back from a customer, will select the customer's account for Cash Only and a $50.00 return check fee will be added to the account. This Cash Only status also applies to Payment Service Network. The customer will not be able to access their PSN account after this occurs.
We accept cash, money orders, checks, and credit/debit cards. There is a courtesy fee on all credit/debit card transactions in person, online, and by phone. You can also sign up for an automatic bank draft by stopping by the office with a voided check and signing the appropriate form—no charge for bank drafts.
